i still miss beijing.. oh well especially the shopping cos there juz wasnt enough time!!! shud do a really detailed post after CTs cos really got no time now.. arghh.. bought a billabong cap for SGD 5.. miss sixty shirts for SGD 6.. nike shox for like SGD 20.. some bag for SGD 6 which has the same print as my miss sixty shirt.. bought a butterfly bracelet and some necklace but carn rmb how much they cost.. bought one hu lu si which is some recorder like instrument with a hu lu.. quite cool but i din noe it was so hard to play! :S ohoh and i bought a TCM tb for SGD 9.. haha its edited by beijing uni of tcm.. which is the uni for the 4th and 5th yr if im gonna take the NTU biomed one.. =D overall still bought silk blankets which cost like SGD 300+ for 4 blankets, pearl cream and powder.. chinese medicine from tong ren tang.. some multi purpose skin cream for dad and some medicinal packet of herbs for soaking ur feet.. dad again.. got free pearl rings as in jie zhi from the pearl shop cos it was their children's day! was happy until i realised my grandaunt koped 4! -_- pissifying.. still dare to ask me if i got.. then she showed off the 4 rings on my third finger.. like *waves it all around*.. idiot.
well great wall was damn hard to climb cos it was almost vertical.. my legs were wobbling on the way down.. was perspiring when i reached the top of that flight of steps.. n the temperature was like 26.. so yeah was cool but tiring.. bu dao chang cheng fei hao han.. guess im a hao han now.. hahha!
the food was quite sian la.. other than a few exceptions.. like fried corn kernels with salted egg [yum!] it was like stir fried pork with cucumber, stir fried chicken with cucumber, stir fried pork with onions, really juz onions and cucumbers and not forgetting out 'dessert' of watermelons every meal! except one which din even haf dessert.. not tt i was complaining..
okok shall go study now.. arghh mug people!

hey people! at the airport now.. using the free internet access.. juz went to MAC n bought myself green eyeshadow! first time im using tt colour but everyone says its nice so tts good enough.. so excited la! first plane flight in like 7 year?! hehe XD for once im gg to the airport but not juz to eat etc.. felt really different.. juz hope i can sleep on the plane.. eat eat eat.. i wanna drink tomato juice! btw was walking pass the alcohol shop n i wanna buy Absolut Vodka! its like 2 for 38 bucks.. wad a buy! wonder if my parents will let me.. though i haf Absolut-ly no idea how it tastes like.. highly recommended though.. haha!

MJ has like 3 national players according to some parent whose son is in the national team who spoke to my dad while they were watching while waiting for me.. the emotions etc.. beyond words.. really.. the confetti.. the clappers.. the cheers.. face paint etc..

well well well.. dismissal time on fri is at most 10.25!! hopefully soccer guys will win so tt it'll be 9.50!! mrs chan promised to dismiss us 1 period earlier for every final that we won.. starting from 11.35 because she wants half day.. soo.. since hockey girls n soccer girls won.. tt means its already reduced by 2 periods.. now for the last one.. hiak hiak hiak..
got tour briefing on fri.. so gotta go down to SA with mum.. dunno if whole family gg or wad la.. yeah so cannot stay out too late if im gg out.. 2 more days till skool closes.. 6 more days to china.. bout 1 more month to CTs and bout 5 mths to A levels.. actually u noe wad.. u think bout it.. 5 mths.. 5 subjects.. tt gives us avg 1 mth per subject.. isnt tt a scary thought?! summore plus S paper which sad to say i haven been doing hw for maths.. so im like soooo dead.. better bank on bio now.. since bio is the one there's stuff i do.. then everytime i see jason n jianfeng discussing maths s.. wahlau.. i wanna cry.. ami and monic too..
theres so much to study but so little time.. got back PW cert today.. im so glad everything paid off.. was skeptical whether a simple chopping board would be able to give us a one.. if not i would feel rather bad cos it was MY idea.. :S almost all the ideas we tried out were from me..
1. Clothing range that allowed for self expression thru designing n putting various parts tgt
2. Washing detergent that showed a difference in colour when dry and wet so that people would be able to avoid the wet parts so as to reduce slips, esp for the elderly
3. Chopping board with a sweep to ensure that all ingredients cut would be swept into various compartments for easy organisation n retrieval later on.
woots those were the days.. GPP was due a few days ago.. wish all the j1s luck siaz..

Midyr Reflections
hmm its 1130 rite now and im not YET feeling sleepy so i shall try n do some sort of mid-yr-but-not-yet-mid reflection..
well i guess this yr has had its deal of ups and downs.. though i think the ups are more than the downs cos rite now i carn think of any major downs while typing this sentence..
SCHOOL
well i guess school hasnt been too bad.. results have been improving apart from chem.. trying to bu jiu my physics now with remedial with mr chow.. i think he's such a wonderful tcher.. :) i still rmb i swore to do well in my physics or at least not haf trouble with it.. so i paid my fullest attention during lectures in AJ and only dozing off occasionally.. needless to say that paid off considering i topped my class for that mini test.. maybe it was juz a simple test or wad i dunno but yeah it gave me HOPE.. thereafter i changed to vj and it started to go downhill because of the difference in topics taught etc.. had difficulty catching up and so it explained my Es and Ds.. it was only after that that i tried to pay more attention during lectures though as everyone noes its almost impossible to understand anything during lectures let alone assimilate and take away info from it.. so it went back to square one of not understanding anything.. somehow after i did quantum physics and loved it, it made me realise that i CAN actually be good at physics though its only A topic or TWO, if u include line spectra..
bio hasnt really improved much i guess compared to physics' E-C.. bio's been B-B-B though from low B to high B i think.. yeahh bit disappointing but i hope i can do well for the coming CTs.. gotta prove that i can answer to the point and not think too far which would cause me my marks..!! cos i would answer totally outta point.. bio s test next week.. human physio, evolution, ecology i think.. prob do ecology since mr foo gave hints.. hehe! i guess mr chua is a not-bad teacher la.. juz that he kinda rushes thru like a bullet train for some tuts and after that leaving us in confusion.. haha! though i can always answer his questions in class but i nv do well during tests.. cos like i said i nv give them wad they want but rather go one big round but still miss the target..
now for maths.. aint that bad i think.. still gotta MASTER integration and trigo as well as the inverse trigo differentiation.. maybe complex nos to a small extent? and not juz what i can do now.. like wad i told joey.. right now trigo is like this topic which u HAVE TO study for which is not the right thing.. everything should be at the tip of our fingertips hopefully by the A levels because it is impt and time is precious.. right now my prob is integration because of CRV..
chem.. im starting to love organic because its quite easy.. everything is juz the same for the various alkanes, arenes, alcohols, carboxylic acids, carbonyl,RX etc.. the only prob right now would be NMR!! im making neither heads nor tails bout that.. fell asleep for the first lecture because i was really tired and my frenz told me i didnt miss much anw cos no one really understood.. was awake for the second lect and tried to play an active role by doing the exercises.. got some correct i guess but practice makes perfect and since mr i-lecture-with-my-eyes-shut chok alr said that NMR is definitely the either/or qn for our prelims.. so like die die gotta do it.. as for inorganic.. IT SUCKS! all the eqns etc.. how in the world can anyone rmb all those things? esp periodic table, Grp 2 n 7 etc.. its like impossible!
now for the most forgotten subject of all.. GP.. i like mrs leow a lot!! although her lessons arent as interesting as the other classes who watch movies but at the end of the day we noe whose lessons are the more useful ones.. teaching our class aint easy because we're rather passive.. and when some of us discuss topics we go in OOO.. or @ for that matter.. if he's lucky he hits the pt if not it juz goes way off and -whoops- HUH?! mrs leow is a really nice tcher.. at least i kinda look forward to her lessons that are not assignment-doing days.. i noe sometimes i look like i wanna fall asleep but in actual fact i dun want to.. the spirit is willing but the flesh is weak.. my eyes in this case.. my levator palpabrae superioris is like zzz.. did i get the muscle rite? heck. doesnt matter even if i get it wrong.. haha! cos it might not even be this muscle in the first place.. muahahax.. i noe got one more sth ocularis one.. carn rmb.. haha!

im going to china!! =D leaving on the 31st means 30th nite gotta be at the airport le.. then coming back on the 7th.. beijing, chengde, tianjin! 1st flight in 7 years.. so excited! nv been able to go cos parents too bz.. no money etc so like whoa! finally can! then mum said if this few months' business is good might go to europe in dec! omg omg omg omg!!
so ruth that means i wun be able to make it for June's LP but i can go for the dentistry one!! man i think we shud try calling them again? haha n send in the form.. :S muahahax!
got this whole pile of hw to do now.. like CRV, EMI, Ecology mcq, electrochem etc.. haiz sometimes the teachers take forever to go thru then now like bullet train.. faster than we can do lor.. especially maths which is horrible.. its not that i dun understand her need to cheong but then going there to juz copy answers is quite pointless? sure correct one wad.. then now my 6.1 is in a HUGE mess cos i dunno which is correct or wrong now.. :(
tml's fri's timetable and there's bio s.. mediquiz.. remedial etc.. class lunch? :) i dun think i will be able to make it for the mediquiz which starts at 3.. remedial's at 2.15, bio s at 3.40.. unless like join later on.. which is damn sian la.. summore only j2 there.. really stone lor.. kabish i miss last yr's mediquiz!! :( i miss you.. come back soon k? please get into NUS!
i haf suddenly come to this weird idea of being attached to myself.. haha! makes life easier cos you only have to account to yourself and you alone.. can pamper yourself as and when u need and feel like it.. and you always know wad to say, how to comfort yourself etc.. isnt that the perfect scenario? =D sounds like some split personality la! whoops but yeah..

tml's a half day and im so sian.. dunno if my mum will let me out.. she like quite buay song lehz.. then summore still wanna go out with ruth on fri cos of OpNR then following week wanna go kbox! how how how.. pangseh them tml? :S jessie if u see this im so sorry!!
ms hoo 'invited' me to take the Home Affairs Uniformed Services Associates Programme application form.. seems quite cool.. 3 days of OBS then 3 day vist to the various MHA uniformed services like SPF, SCDF and Prisons..
sometimes i oso dunno if this kinda things are like no one to send then like send u go.. i mean it would be a good experience [i hope] and then summore like quite fun? at least it would look good on my cca record.. haha..
had some talk on the 30h famine under no roof.. want to go but then like in june.. not that the MHA one is not but at least that one is like "whoa.." then the famine one though highly publicised but then not as "whoa.." i think.. arghh i need to study summore since if i go away for holiday.. then still got dentistry attachment which i've yet to submit the form.. then if i get in for this MHA thing i'll need another 6 days.. so like 7+2+6.. 2 weeks gone lehz!! :( pia like siao now? not much use oso rite..
watching full house on youtube.. omg i suddenly think that rain is so cute la.. he din look as appealing on teenage but then in the movie he's like -gushes-! especially when he smiles to himself.. -awww- cute cute cute cute! AHH!! =D so happy.. my frenz all say im living in the movie.. haha.. i wish la! living vicariously? muahahax! -grins to myself-

but yeah.. had chem test today.. was not as bad as i thought though.. but angry that i changed my answer to the wrong answer!!! :( Sn/conc HCl became HCL (aq) kabish!! nvm la.. think mrs mah doesnt really expect much of me (which is quite bad i think) and i really wanna get my 4 As so i think i muz muz muz muz muz start studying and NOT pretend to study.. cos others do NOT pretend to study.. y carn i be like susanto who's so smart!! omg.. i juz need like PART of his brain and it'll be enough! :(
was reading xiaxue's blog and it was veh frank? maybe to the extent of exaggeration? i dunno but i dun think i would ever post like that? somehow it seems a bit commercialised as it seems to tok bout controversial stuff which makes ppl wanna read on.. guess its really possible to become a celebrity over the internet.. juz need readership and word of mouth.. aint no one to comment bout others blog cos my blog is even worse but at least i noe its juz the few of us reading so it wun be so bad.. :D unless by some miracle suddenly readership shoots up which is almost as unlikely as me getting distinction for my s papers..
back to readership.. juz like the recent gay blog which is interesting.. its true like what they said.. it aint the first gay blog around.. so wads the big deal? btw found some vj ppl who are gay.. according to monic.. :S not prejudiced but then its like so near to home.. dun think i shud mention names here but one is a rather prominent SC from our senior batch? make a guess.. quite obvious actually..

today was a wonderfully sinful happy day!
zardson u'll prob not read this but really wonder wad went on btwn u and kenn.. :S how shiqi and u went from best pals to enemies.. how this stupid egg saga came about.. all these unanswered questions..
but really y would u want to throw a rotten egg at shiqi's mum?! tts like.. 0.o i dunno if u really did it or not but tts not the pt.. might haf juz been some prankster.. but to turn this whole issue into sth so big is really making a mountain outta a molehill.. tts wad i think la.. police reports are ok since its a nuisance/attack/vandalism/trespassing etc but lawsuits?!?!?!?

peter bought more chocobaby for me.. was kinda shocked when he passed it to me.. its like he gave me tt the other time too.. dunno la.. but somehow whenever i look at the chocs i feel a warm fuzzy feeling.. a bit like the innocence of everything.. like how my old msn nick translated into the real chocolate and how he rmbs that i think that it is quite nice to eat.. scully the next time i see him got one more bottle.. haha.. that would be really sweet.. too bad i carn do anything with signius.. unless u want the red strawberries that are currently part of his nick.. hahaha!
i was complaining bout not liking to walk home cos of the steep slope and peter was like agreeing.. then cy asked how peter knew.. then peter said he went to my house b4.. then cy was like "ohh" haha.. yupz.. tink peter is the 1st guy to come to my house alone.. haha the others were like pw.. or joshua but we were all there too.. then old class 09/05.. yeah.. summore stay the longest siaz.. haha.. come twice too..
started toking bout the msn messenger 3 plus and the boss mode available.. was saying how i use it when i can hear my mum come up.. was telling peter that i changed the table tt used to be the sitoca computer table and so my com is there now and can hear the footsteps cos my com is right next to the stairs.. then he was like "oh ya.. not bad eh. ;)"
dunno la.. all these lil stuff are like damn cool but guess it'll be part of my memories.. haha.. till we meet again in july.. take care~! :)
