christmas has come n gone so i guess i shall talk about my relatively boring long weekend.

1) played mahjong since like thursday.. like every night/day.. using chips and money.. chips when playing for fun [duh!] and money when playing with uncle.. haha!

2) went shopping at FOS and bought 200+ almost 300 bucks worth of clothes again.. considering i bought 200+ on one day and 40+ on another day.. ok la maybe 260.. 300 sounds horrible!! :S bought arnd 3 abercrombie shirts, some hello kitty shirt.. bout 4+ other shirts and around 4 pants? i guess tt accounts for the 300/260 shopping spree.. haha my bro bought an ed hardy shirt! zzz nvm its not TT nice.. haha too biker for me too..

3) ate bbq/steamboat/steak for those few days.. all cook-it-yourself! i think its really cool! like cooking ur own steak so u can judge how u want your steak done.. ;) raw [i mean rare!] or well done.. hehe! tt reminds me.. dont ever eat the western food at the sheng siong near sim lim sq.. they really mean it when they ask "rare or welldone?" cos they cannot acheive medium rare!! hahaha! it used to be nice but i think they changed a vendor.. :( no more yummy spring chicken.. only rubbery/hard chicken..

4) xmas is quite boring cos it keeps raining.

oh btw i think i bring the rain whereever i go. like seriously. cos my mum was pruning the plants outside my house so she had to sweep up the twigs, branches etc.. was watching "cheerleading nation" as well as "see spot run" when she called me.. so i went out n as soon as i went out.. it started drizzling! fyi it was drizzling on and off but it always becomes 'on' when im out! then when it gets too heavy i go back in to my tv n it stops raining! argh.

oh yes it used to rain whenever i went swimming too. it rained when i went to wild wild wet as well. though it was only a drizzle.

c'mon call me 'lei gong zhu' haha!

its raining again n the rain makes me moody at night when thoughts run wild.

i wished i went to sleep with the headache from drinking the choya just now.

yesterday was one of the busiest mornings and early afternoons ive had.. with all the newbies [both students n teachers alike] coming in for reporting or induction respectively.

and i think i like fathima miller! she's like funky and she's british! haha.. she asked me if she can wear flip flops to skool.. leather ones tt is.. HAHA so she said "Smart flipflops!" :) n i think a british accent sounds posh.. haha i wanna go UK too! though its always gloomy.. no sunny sunshine like in singapore.. dammit.. i love the sun! but i guess other things would prob make up for it..

went to eat nasi padang at stall 7 for lunch.. aww i miss that stall a little! as usual stall 6 sells only fried -beehoon/ kuay teow/ fish/ fish cake etc.. all fried n it was a little frightening! i dun think i really like stall 6's fried fish.. too much flour n too little fish.. yucks.

anw we're having korean bbq today! mum asked me to get the recipe for beef bulgogi as well as chicken bulgogi which i realised is called dak bulgogi which is bbqed chicken! :) oh ya dunno if i told u all but i bought the eurotalk korean cd n actually i think its quite lousy. i mean ok it teaches me the vocab etc but seems more like those crash courses kind. so i went online to search for "learn korean" n found some useful sites! plus the youtube videos that tony introduced.. whee~! makes learning easier i guess! speaking of tony.. he's prob back in the US? i dunno.. haven spoken to him.. last time i spoke to him was when i was filling up UCAS.. haha lucky boy's taking asian studies so he went to korea for exchange or sth.. not sure..

anw we played mahjong yest! n i won!!! haha played using chips so in chips terms.. i won bout $8.90! hehe

ok n i yes i burnt my pizza in the microwave oven. yucks im nv gonna pop a pizza into the microwave ever again! tried with the second and last pizza i had and it seemed edible.. though i seriously wonder if its cooked! haha still doughy but i guess im still fine so no harm done. HAHA.

its been raining since sunday nonstop. wow. the gods must be really sad.

salima's dad passed away yest i think of heart attack. didnt noe it was her dad till like 3+pm today. was supposed to order an orbituary for some board of governor.. but didnt noe it was him until christina lee suddenly commented that its her dad!!! omg carn believe it! was stunned for a few moments. the times salima called back from cheung's to ask her dad to pick her up and all of a sudden there's no more dad to speak about and speak to again. :(

thats a horrible thought. didnt noe what to do. argh so helpless! but i guess she's a strong girl n she'll get over it. like she said, carn be sad forever rite? :)

okok change topic. i just realised how scary/shocking it is when ppl u dun expect to read reads ur blog! see la pq u..! now i cannot anyhow talk bout u le! hahaha jkjk.. ;) haf fun at ur parties till sunday.. i'll tell u once i get my paycheck! hehe..

then i realised!! hehehe! whee~!! *yawn* :P

ahh my bro n i are gg crazy with the monkey! he keeps combing the fur up n down cos the opposite way makes it kinda stand n prickly cos its not shun ma.. then he says "he just bathed!" hehe

on a another note.. i cried today while watching triumph in the sky!!!! :(( does tt make it sadder than :(? hmm maybe :'( haha! anw y must yunzhi die!!!!! ok fine cos if he doesnt die then there wun be any story.. zzz.. but really la.. WHY WHY WHY! damn sad la.. at least pam watches so i guess i wun be spouting nonsensical stuff here tt no one understands why am i so emo over this episode! even my normally-dry-eyed bro cried.. haha.. wait he normally fakes crying but this time he was like "shit its real!" hahahaha!! :)

AHH i just love the singapore blazer! its like bright red and its so cool..! rmb how monic n i were 'fighting' over who to carry his SEA games bag during JTS!! hehe :) despite his stinky shirt etc inside cos he came straight from trg..

i think mrs mah is right to say that "our dear peiquan is both smart and handsome.. even though he misses so many lessons but his results are still not bad!"

alrite so i've finished one week of work and rite now im in deficit cos i just bought my MBT! :) so i guess my pair of URS shoes gotta make way for my MBT till skool starts again cos i dont think i can wear track shoes to work can i? haha!

just came back from orchard.. super tired! went out at like 11+ to make it down to hotel pheonix to eat buffet lunch.. spread was alrite.. pariss has much much more but i guess it was enough? but the desserts were good! the cheesecake, creme brulee, durian mousse [OMG!! yummy!!], mango mousse cake etc! oohhh damn how to lose weight! hahahaha!

n i tot once i start working i'll be able to eat less.. my foot la! super hungry after working.. then everything's quite screwed up this week.. cheesecake for breakfast for like 3-4 days in a row.. not very helpful eh?

anyway prom has come and gone and i wish i did go? oh well then at least i can see tyg's face when he won that dubious award of his! hahaha! went to eat the 99c sushi at tampines.. sushi spread was pathetic, more of those don, udon, ramen etc which cost like 6-10+ bucks! i think its under suki sushi but with another name cos the packaging of the wet tissues were suki sushi.. yepx.. suki ramen sucks big time btw.. the one at cine.. YUCKS!

next week i'll be starting to do stuff that the perm is supposed to do.. geraldine has resigned/fired cos of personality clashes with diana.. :( so im taking over geri's job and they may need someone to take over my job for the time being until the backlog is cleared.. and when they get the perm i might just go back to doing project-based or even lose my job.. haha! dun mind losing my job [i mean not in tt sense but ya] cos i havent enjoyed myself after the As!! zzz most people are bored alr but i've been so busy that i've not had time to relax properly!

and i wonder how people from other countires find my blog? just search using google? haha its quite amusing i think! do they understand wad im writing? guess so since its not TT singlish but its with loads of abbreviations etc.. tag if you wish k? just dont flame. i dun like being burnt.

back to more serious stuff [or rather more normal stuff] after eating the buffet, went up emerald hill.. nth much up there except for shophouses for auction and some mini flea market which i didnt enter cos i was busy eating free ice cream from ocbc.. its those bread ice cream with biscuit! which i actually din feel like eating cos i just ate ice cream during lunch with strawberry sauce! finished it nonetheless [there goes my 'diet'] oh well i ate neither breakfast nor dinner after that so i guess it's alrite after all the walking i did today!! my poor feet.. ouchh..

after that went to some factory outlet at specialist shopping centre to get 2 tops followed by OG to get my MBT and dad his berms and tees.. went to centrepoint where we watched ah wang outside poh kim after going to the toilet! hahaha like 0.o but yeahh went down to paragon to take a look at metro's clothes etc din really like them so went over to marks n spencer.. bought a pair of jeans for 39 i think.. quite nice.. dun haf many jeans so yeahh..

went over to tangs after that to look at robo cleaner by karcher cos we saw one at OG.. robo cleaner cost like 2390+ like 0.o just to haf some round thingie crawling all over the floor, lightly banging into furniture.. mum has like 20 bucks tangs voucher so wanted to get something but couldnt decide so we went home.. by mrt btw cos parking is like super ex in orchard n we spent like 15349485hrs there!

was on the train when i saw this guy carrying a four leaves bag with a cake inside [saw the box not the cake].. was like hmm cake.. then i saw 6 flowers bundled together with the stretchy white net thing that is normally found on chrysanthemums.. tot they were chrysanthemums but they were roses!!! pink ones too..! he was looking super tired yet he went to get roses, cake and i think a present cos there was something else i couldnt make out.. his wife is so lucky! [wife because he's wearing a ring.. hopefully not for the mistress!] gosh im spouting nonsense.. anw its like 9+ le and he still puts in the effort to do something special for her.. my dad has NEVER given my mum a flower.. :S how is that even humanly possible?!

and wad pic is this? its some latin american band that was performing courtesy of DBS n trying to sell their cd.. its damn cool! they could make sounds of the birds and if you just closed your eyes you can just imagine being in the cool forest with a flowing stream with birds chirping in the distance.. sounds like pocohontas to me! hahah! except that there aint no white men arnd.. anw i've concluded that singaporeans are stingy with their applause.. i mean there was a relatively huge crowd around them yet the applause was dismal.. i felt bad!! so i clapped loudly in appreciation for their efforts! :) wads lifting ur two arms and pulling them towards each other to make some noise! i mean c'mon u enjoy it.. show ur appreciation by making some noise! zzz lousy singaporeans.

i'm supposed to be in bed because i've got work tmr. first day at work! omg i hope it aint some boring job. even if it is i hope it would improve when the girls come in in jan! :) at least i've got pam for company from tues onwards.

yest was a horribly tiring day but horribly fun too!! i cant believe how much fun i had that my legs ached soo much that it hurt to step on my feet!

had LP in the morning and met some interesting characters. two to be exact. a couple actually. though in my opinion the wife is much saner than the husband. firstly, who would tell a complete stranger that they got married [actually re-married] like two hours ago in some obscure ceremony? who would put down their i/c, DOB, ORD date, no. of times he's donated blood, the contact of his lasik doctor etc on a name card?! i mean, isnt the 1st two info rather confidential. oh btw i can tell you that he owns two BMWs from the card, donated blood like 86 times, born in 1962, i/c no. starts with 152 or sth like that, he's with the airforce as some airplane technician or the likes of it and there's much more on it that i cannot rmb off hand cos the card's with ruth. the wife's side of the double-sided card is amusing as well. ouch. i've met weird ppl but not scary ppl as yet. i guess i saw sth new on sat. :S

after that we went to eat egg-onion prata! yummm.. wasnt very hungry so it was just nice for us.. started talking about horror movies and how they seem to have the same elements.. girls who look alike.. chopper.. girls + boy etc.. anw went down to meet pam at yck after that to make our way there to ssdc.. :) they registered for driving while i took my trial test! got 46/50.. not bad i guess.. dunno wads the passing grade too..

went to eat at the foodcourt while ruth examined the "name card".. more like scrutinised! :) after tt went down to daiso [the one at IMM is so much nicer to shop at! more spacious with more walking space!!] carrefour [however you spell that!] was our next destination and we wanted to buy drinks.. saw cheryl tay working as a promoter for pepsi max [according to ruth].. ok tts not the point.. point was that ruth seemed determined to buy alcoholic drinks! heineken? haha i wanted to try bacardi breezer but was in a rush so didnt get the alcoholic drinks.. seems like we're making full use of the legal age limit rubbish! quinceanera is M18. in the end we bought minute maid lime n lemon. i think lime is nicer too! not so sweet.. hehe! shall buy lime next time instead.

ok after the movie we went down to carrefour again to look at toys! like omg rite? but we always do!! hehe toy guns last yr n jester hats this yr! took pics.. shall upload them soon after i've downloaded them! i love the lazy monkey though! shall post the vid too.. :P

on the topic of monkeys.. was at giant msia today n i saw a monkey at the pet shop! it was sooo adorable!! but very cruel! :S some lady fed it fries.. gosh monkey n fries.. err how healthy! saw porcupines too.. too bad i din bring my phone along if not i could haf snapped a few photos for all to see! yucks i want the monkey cos its so huggable n adorable but i wun buy it so end of story. i dont want to cause it misery. :( hope that monkey would be able to enjoy a happy life though its near impossible.

the chendol at giant changed vendor! its not nice anymore!! shall stop dreaming about it anymore.. :( and i think the chickens in msia are scrawny! the kfc's chicken were pathetically small compared to those in sg.. like half the size?!? normally after eating 2 pc in sg im like "ugh tts enough.." but i could finish a bun, a small mashed potato, a small coleslaw PLUS 2 pc n a drink! just imagine the difference!


saw this balloon sculptor.. omg im gonna try my balloon stuff again! n i think my sword is much nicer than his! :) though i wanna learn how to make the bear.. shall try in my free time! haha..

yayz! i got job interviews on monday! after bio s. at ngee ann city!

thing is i applied for jobs from the same recruit company.. so they're at the same place.. ouch.. just different people..

first job is temp HR at SGH i think.. its at outram and the only hospital at outram is SGH.

second one didnt tell me wad job it is.. but its healthcare too cos all 4 tt i applied for are healthcare. haha this one is probably assignment based.

LATEST: third one is as a pharmacy assistant! i think i want this quite badly cos its more hands on and more related to wad i intend to do next time!! :) this is one is oso 6 bucks/hr but there's this 1200-1400 thing next to it! maybe its for permanent job applicants bah.. :(

haiz if i get a job means i cannot go overseas le!!! :( nooo argh y was i so rash last nite!

maybe cos i didnt think that they would call so early? haha. oh well i think i dont need to apply for the IMCB one le..

but at least its healthcare! hopefully i get them then i can fulfill my MBT dream and get my bro a bdae present! hehe!

OMG carn believe my mum let me buy la! so i bought 4 pots for 7.40 each. ok pots make them sound huge n damn reasonable. nono. they're small 45ml bottles.. din buy the tube ones cos they're dimensional! pop up! eee! soo ugly! reminds me of names doodled onto class tshirts! but those cost like 4.05..

woohoo went to register for driving!

so im gonna learn my basic online though its blardy chicken tt i got 7/7 correct after flipping thru the first few pages w/o having digested them.. then faster cheong the trial and the test to get my PDL..

my first practical would be on 5th dec at 2.40!! whee~! second would be 7th.. hopefully by then i would have passed and gotten the PDL if not im stuck cos cannot go out onto the road!

im taking class 3A cos mum says manual is useless.. haha! true since my parents all use auto car n havent touched a manual since they passed. :P
