ok i have finally decided to update something substantial.

chanced upon a fellow STO-MPer who's an ano.. guy too.. rather incredible to see pics of his food.. days in the ward etc.. wonder what seriously drives people to be ano.. the need to be skinny? the ideal shape everyone yearns for?

but in my opinion.. if anyone wants an ED.. i think being ano is better than being bulimic. like seriously. at least when u're being ano, u're just not eating and exercising a hell lot. but being bulimic means youre eating, yet you're gonna barf the entire meal out! firstly, thats a waste of food. secondly, i think it harms too cos of the refluxed acid blah blah blah. corrodes your teeth!!

anw.. i just eat too much. HEHEH. honestly. im G-R-E-E-D-Y! >.< im ok at breakfast. eat alrite for lunch [though it can be a little over-indulgent like murtabak at times] dinner's just a disaster! i mean ok i cut down on rice, eat more dishes and then someone runs out of the kitchen with ice cream! HAHAHA woohoo!! *celebrates*

keeps raining now that i just dont feel like going to the pool though i kinda convinced myself i would go. so i guess i'll just stick to salsa.

speaking of that. did i tell you that there was this superrr good guy who popped by last lesson!! omgomgomg heard raymond say he's some champ. hehe! though im not sure if raymond was sure what he was talking bout.. din hear properly anw.. jaz tot he was my bf.. haha if only i had a bf and what's more a bf who can dance! HAHAH! danced with him for a while b4 the teacher changed partners cos while we were 'enjoying' ourselves, the other newbie pair was kinda screwed up so yeah we had to go lead one each.. hahaha.. hope he pops by again! then at least each of us will have a partner cos obviously there will be less guys.. there are already 2 ladies pretending to be guys.. >.<

anw amazing race on friday was quite fun. it rained and we all did silly unspeakable things too! hahaha! went from rg to marina sq to youthpark to fort canning and then to marina bay. went back to school for dinner. learnt many things bout the people there through the dinner game.. hiak hiak hiak.. some OCD that were rather 0.o yeah

okok im tired. haha. btw i just love high school musical...!! =) dont you just love the soundtracks and everything about it? *awww*

just wanna say congrats to all who have passed math thinking that it was impossible!! :)

its monday and its getting a little boring. been driving around, basically from home to granny's, home to RI, home to office etc. getting the hang of it though my car still tends to keep rather left. somehow i just have a phobia of having cars zoom past my right, its as if they will slam into me anytime!

btw i can collect my photocard license tmr! :) they came today but cos its registered and no one was at home so shall go down tmr. hope its nice!

went for y-ee sharing on sat. was great meeting up with everyone and as usual, our group was the most high among everyone, partly because we had the largest group. 8 turned up cos 1's in NS. it was FREEZING so i wore xi-aomi-ng's jacket. too big for me but better than nothing. :) rebe-cca from run 7 was :S and xm was there to shut her up. rather amusing and we all had a good laugh. hahaha!

hopefully the higher ups will meet with us soon. its either now or next yr considering that prelims are in 6 weeks and As in 12.. a yr and passed and i havent accomplished much. oh well.

sun was spent with cousins. bullied as usual. thats for being the eldest. :( btw van-ya and yi-ngying are keeping their hair longlonglong cos they wanna donate it to make wigs for needy children! soo meaningful! better than shaving botak like they do here.

i realised how ex it is to make a wig.. can range from 1300-3000.. would be great if we can start something like this here. just that we do not have the capital as students rite now to do sth like that. unless we partner with other companies. or even do sth like "three wishes" its just so touching that i cry when i watch.. >.< despite living in singapore, i think there are many out there [local or overseas] who still require our help so let's do our part to help them! YAY!

possible ideas.. im day-dreaming. its not logistically possible.

1. Do sth like locks of love
2. Three Wishes
3. collect unwanted pen and paper and send them to less developed countries to help the children
4. Collect unsold bread from bakeries and send them to orphanages etc at the end of the day [are they still doing it now? heard about ppl doing it b4]
5. collect unwanted uniforms and give it to the school-going children cos they outgrow them quickly.

i think upper sec is easier to teach. was talking to xianw-en and i agree that its rather difficult to teach basic stuff that we alr take for granted. things that seems so simple can be so difficult to them.

i kinda miss r-gs i guess. though it feels funny to not be sitting at my usual desk. >.< though i occasionally wonder over to look for beatr-ice and then we will purposely slack in front of lbt. hahah.

saw a couple of students.. tri-sh and desirene screamed from the 1st floor up to the 3rd while i was talking to mor-ris. and i kinda called back b4 i realised wad i had just done. mor-ris was like 0.o haha! too bad too far away cannot talk.. :( but nvm i shud be back for RHD.. YAY!

sec 2s called out to me in the canteen while we were eating our lunch.. omg jiayou te-ri! you're gonna make a very enthusiastic vice-capt! :) go waddle! still rmb the day you stunned me by blocking my way and asking me to 'bao-bao'.. hehehe! so cute!

am-anda chin ran up to me as i was going to the toilet and girl i really missed her!! jiayou too! for tarbet capt! :)

saw vianne as i was walking down the stairs to the foyer and her out of the library.. couldnt catch wad she was saying though she was ecstatic to see me! sometimes i dont feel very teacher-like but more like going back to see friends and stuff like this.. yeah..

there was this sec 4 girl who came up to me and asked me to give her tuition.. of cos she was one of the students i taught la.. not that random as it sounds.. haha.. she looks a little like angela [art club snr] too bad school's starting and im staying hostel.. thing is.. i tot i heard her ask me to tutor her BIO! like HUH! how does she know that i even took bio?! anw yes it kinda made my day to hear someone actually understanding and liking wad i taught. hehe.

so back to slacking. kakuro is fun but only when i have the hints. :(

so yes.. i finally get to drive on the road! :)

was quite fun la.. think fastest speed was like 80km/h.. hehe not bad for someone who was crawling at 40-50 only yesterday.. XD

went to giant tamp in the morning.. there werent many cars so it was alrite.. tried parking for the first time w/o the poles.. not bad.. managed to get myself into the lot.. though had to readjust a few times to get it straight.. hehehe!

after that went home [i drove again!] and followed parents to office so that i can try going up the multistorey.. scary! seriously i dont think the crank course was much use.. so different.. ok maybe for tighter ones you really have to turn like siao like the crank course.. i dunno.. :P we'll see..

and i dont like my feet! omg they seriously cant fit into any pair of closed toe shoes..! ok they fit but then i cant walk. my baby toe [poor thing!] will start to hurt like mad and i think its cos im too used to wearing crocs.. i wear them ALMOST everywhere.. so far the only pair that i can wear would be the URS shoes that i've totally worn out.. guess i just need time to squish my toes tgt and everything will be fine!

my feet are alrite in open-toed. in fact there are quite nice i think. >.< but argh closed toed are badddd!

okies shall go off soon.. probably driving to breakfast again.. hehe and then maybe amk.. :) must practice! now that i've the time and opportunity.. hehehe! jiayou!

my tester was really nice.. we chatted along the way and that really made me relax.. secondly he cut short my test too! i didnt do vertical parking and i didnt do u-turn too! everything was like really short.. :) even shorter than dani-al's route 5.. i got 7 which wasnt too bad.. u-turn was at the one b4 the macs u-turn.. but he asked me to turn left into st 61 so yay!

just take route 5 and use ur finger to cover up that entire u-turn path and thats my route! :)

oh yes. i started salsa classes. like 0.o. i know i know.. hahahah! was on impulse.. and it just happened that the class started on the day that i happened to be down at the cc.. muahahahx so i guess its was good! but now it means that i would have to come back from hostel every thursday for my lesson at730.. so ok la.. ill just have to either sleep at home and rush down the next day for lessons or rush down after it to go back to hostel.. hahaha.. nvm its just gonna be for 1 mth cos the course ends in early sept.. yupx!!

so its father's day today.. not rather significant apart from the fact that i actually attempted to make a rather successful oreo cheesecake last nite despite the various hiccups.. XD


1) forgot to buy whipped cream
2) poured sugar into container but forgot to take the spoon out first so now the spoon is buried rite at the bottom of the container

that was even before i started baking but i went down to buy the whipped cream and SP later on so that was fine.. then i started.

3) mum said to whisk using hand so yeah i tried to do that.. but cmon i was making a sponge cake.. how airy can the mixture be with hand?!?!!? so yeah the cake was yummy but heavy. who cares.
4) supposed to whisk whipped cream till creamy.. hahahha cos its originally liquid like milk.. tried whisking by HAND. oh god. luckily mum came back in time to find the machine.
5) tot thats the end? nope.. i overwhisked. >.< became watery again though i had some 'cream' left so like heck la just use.. HAHAHAHAH!!
6) unfortunately, it wasnt the end of the whipped cream episode! while i was trying to dish out the whipped cream in my anger.. i accidentally spilled the liquid cream thingie into the cheese as well as onto the table! so worried that it wouldnt set with all that extra liquid. luckily it did.
7) beat cream cheese with a paddle till creamy. hmm mine was creamy. it was kinda lumpy. hahah but it kinda sorted itself out when i added the gelatine and egg yolk mixture.. still lumpy but who can taste it unless you really go feel the texture when you eat.. ;)

so up till now its alr bout 10pm.. then i finished up the cake and popped it into the fridge. oh yes the sponge cake was the base. heheh. had the cake for breakfast. quite nice. hehe next time try something else. and USE THE MACHINE!

so that was yest nite.. went to BTNR with ruth in the morning.. the NP ppl would make it so we walked around, played at the playground, climbed up the steep hill then headed downtown. went to eat carls jnr for the first time [for me la! i know i know..] then saw the spon-gebob roadshow at PS. OMG SPON-GEBOB WAS CHINESE!! and i tot having an an-gmo one was bad enough.. hahaha! ruth took a pic so we shall see!

went down to z-ouk G-E ra-id party.. cosp-layers were really cool and pretty.. btw ruth i think they prob work for F-HM.. hahahaha!! took some pics with us playing with the sword.. nicenice! upload k? :) after that we redeem our free coke and almost died drinking it. not from poisoning la but rather from bloatedness. went back after that. took 5 all the way home while ruth got off at scotts. i really really really slept all the way. damn tired la..

went shopping today at OG. din buy anything. wanted to buy shoes again cos the previous pair hurt a little. stupid right foot a little bigger than left foot. :S so yeah its shoe shopping again.. din have my size unfortunately but i did buy a 1gb micro sd for my phone! :) yayness to that!
