its anzac day tmr so that means its a holiday for us!! :)

most unfortunately we aren't going to port @rthur because there aren't enough people who can make it on saturday.. but em1ly is going to get us all tgt to arrange a time where most people can make it.. hopefully i wouldnt be too bogged down by work to actually go and see it!

just watched "not another teen movie" and its sooo DUMB! seriously. argh pretty wonderful waste of time but i guess i finally understand stuff that christin@ is talking about so yeah. international night's coming up on 10th may which is sooo exciting! everything sounds really fun and i can't wait for it to happen.. dont worry.. the camera will definitely be on standby!! :) and that includes those of others as well so i have to be picture perfect or at least ready.. hehe.. not that there aren't already MANY extremely unglam photos in sinhui's camera. omg they are BAD. i've basically run out of facial expressions for the no of time she points the camera at me..

next week is going to be exciting as well! we've got the pasar malam thing coming up on friday where SSS will be selling char kway teow, prata, fishballs, satay, muah chee, bandung, cupcorn, teh tarik etc.. hungry? ok u people really shouldnt be feeling hungry since the people who read this blog are mostly in singapore and i dont think the people in tassie have actually found this blog. so yup! i'm in charge of selling fishballs and satay and i think sinhui is going to help me! :) christina is selling prata i think.. wahahaha!

i've got a reflective piece due on friday and its about death and dying in the medical context. sounded rather interesting but now that i've started it, i think its really about serious stuff. not just any other laughing matter but it really made me think about my perspective on death and dying. our treatment of dying patients, the respect and dignity that we have to preserve even in death, the communication skills required to break such horrible news etc. its an art and im really grateful that we're gonna be taught these things as these are things that have become so uncommon that we're not able to express our grief effectively. as a result, many doctors end up sounding really cold and unfeeling though thats just their way of hiding their sorrow.

there's also case task presentation on friday.. see everything's on friday so friday is a really big thing for me!!! hope i'll survive! yes i will and i must! :) super michelle will rise up to the occasion!
