bought this shelf when i was out in town on tuesday after lessons in clinical school! i've got a new favourite shop besides chickenfeed now! its 'the reject shop'! =) hahaha

just got around to assembling it before lunch today because i've got a long break in between (finally).

doesn't that already buy you over? was wondering if i should get this or the psyllium husk one (aka fybogel) but this one sounded better. we'll see if it works or else i might get the other one once i'm through with this bottle. =)

i'm starting to get the hang of things although its still a little busy with things happening now and then. at least i've time today to get my head around all the lectures so far. really need more time. shall get off the computer after this post so that i can actually get some work done instead of just WANTING to do work. =P
